14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

- Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
